Winemaking process: de-stemming-crushing, separate maceration of the grapes in temperature controlled tankes at 25-26°C with daily pumping over of the must for 12-15 days followed by malolactic fermentation

Colour: intense crimson red
Smell: violets violet, dried roses and berries
Flavour: the nobles and silky tannins of Nebbiolo goes well with the softness and round flavor of the Cabernet
