The vineyards are set in historic Langhe cru, in the areas of La Morra and Barolo such as for example, Fossati, Serradenari, and Nassone. The traditional vines of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa and Arneis are cultivated along with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, all under the careful supervision of the oenologists Marco Dotta and Donato Lanati.
Only quality grapes can make great wines. Exposure, slope, the nature and structure of the soil are of fundamental importance, but they need to go together with a careful tending of vineyards that respects the territory.
Winter pruning is carried out on all the vines leaving just 5/6 buds per vine for the Dolcetto and Barbera grapes, 7/8 for the Nebbiolo. In springtime, the binding and managing of shoots and leaves is of paramount importance to ensure the bunches of grapes have better arrangement, exposure and aeration, thus allowing for optimal ripening.
To decrease the yield per hectare and obtain better quality grapes, at the moment of veraison a cluster thinning is carried out, which for some vineyards happens in two stages until there are only 6-7 bunches per vine.

The production capacity is completed by some vineyards that are rented and others whose grapes are cultivated under our direct control.
