The cellars, which are all underground, are subdivided into sections. The grapes gathered arrive at the pressing area where they are de-stemmed and crushed, then passed to the winemaking area into stainless steel tanks with automatic milling and controlled temperature. After aging in casks or barrels depending on the type of wine, the bottling process is carried out and then the bottles are stored in an air conditioned room.
The building is completed by the packaging and storage room and by a spacious exhibition and tasting room.
